Project Concept
Foundation for Agricultural Resources Management and Environmental Remediation (FARMER) in association with Agro Organic India International Pvt. Ltd.
is preparing to open 2000 retail outlets in the name and style of “FARMER BAZAAR” under the Franchise Model in Delhi and NCR.
FARMER will play the role of an Interface Agency/Voluntary Organization and to act as lead organization to connect with the interested entrepreneurs in order to open “FARMER BAZAAR” Retails Outlets / Stores through Franchise Model in association with Agro Organic India International Pvt. Ltd. by way identifying young urban entrepreneurs as retailers/distributors with their own Retail Outlets / Stores or to open new outlets for sale of FARMER-BAZZAR Brand agriculture and horticulture produce / products and other FMCG products of Other Brands in urban village, urban clusters / colonies residential and commercial locations in Delhi – NCR towns in first phase.
In the second phase FARMER will connect small and marginal farmers, women farmers, SHG, FPOs with FARMER-BAZZAR to establish Backward Marketing Linkage for production, procurement of agriculture produce and certified organic produce.
The object of opening these retail outlets is to promote entrepreneurship for youths by crating self employment opportunities and also to provide forward marketing linkages for the sale of Agriculture Produce of farmers to the consumers through FARMER-BAZAAR.
As you are aware that the government of India under the leadership of the Hon’ble Prime Minister Shri Narendra Modi Ji is making all out efforts to create job opportunities for youths through self employment and have launched several schemes like Start Up India, MUDRA, Skill Development for the purpose. Government has also announced to double farmers’ income by 2022. Therefore, FARMER organizations and Agro Organic have made an alliance to promote forward and backward marketing linkages for the sale of agriculture produce to narrow down price gap between producers and consumers and also to create self employment opportunities to the entrepreneurs by granting franchise for opening of retail outlets in Delhi – NCR.
For Franchise
FARMER and Agro Organic will be identifying and selecting entrepreneurs (individual /proprietorship/partnership/private limited/ limited companies) for opening of 2000 retail outlets in Delhi-NCR area under franchise model to open the retails outlets/ general stores in the name and style of “FARMER BAZAAR”. And also take all initiative to reach out to all the nationalised for granting loans to all the FARMER- BAZAAR entrepreneurs under MUDRA or Start Up Schemes to contribute in the mission of Hon’ble Prime Minister of India, in implementing the schemes launched by the government of India.
